Exercise 4.1 Your initial work plan
For this exercise I have prepared a word document which is my initial work plan to develop the body of work. I’m using this as my working template. I used this format for my exhibition in June and it was really helpful in prompting actions and getting tasks done in a timely manner. I have also prepared a detailed PowerPoint presentation that I am hoping will help describe my exhibition, my intentions and how all the work comes together in a sequential flow of experiences designed to heighten awareness and consciousness of the difficult subject matter. It is intended that the information is presented in a cohesive but sensitive manner that is educational. It may possibly have the potential to be preventive in regard to possible abuse, neglect or death of a child/children. It is important to state that all aspects of my plans are subject to adjustment or some revision. What is important and uppermost currently is that I continue with my drawing practice. It is important that the images of such difficult subject matter are of a high quality and have strong narratives. I shall email my work to my tutor on 13th September 2023.
