As I got to undertake the draft review the information was a little overwhelming as were my findings. I sent the review to Michele in quite a panic. I felt I’d put in an awful lot of relevant research but I was stuck in regard to having too much information. I knew I could appendixes the work but it still felt muddled. When I met with Michele she was just brilliant. In just a few simple words of advice she helped me transform the question to be more arts focussed and then everything fell into place. Her advice on material and books was also so relevant to what I’ve been doing and my topic. It is so evident that Michele is so experienced in academic writing. She helped me feel so much more confident and relaxed about what I was doing. My topic hasn’t been easy and I’ve felt quite daunted at times and it was also an anxious time when the ethics committee was involved in overviewing my topic. However they were brilliant too and very helpful.
